Ralph Waldo Emerson once said, “Do not go where the path may lead, go instead where there is no path and leave a trail.” That’s why I love working with people who want to challenge the status quo and be game changers in their life, at work and with their creative projects. As an Executive Coach, Leadership Workshop Facilitator, Author & Speaker, I specialise in developing champions to lead innovation, think more creatively and to find the inner courage and confidence to leap outside their comfort zone.
how to be. bold. brave. brilliant.
Today’s managers and leaders are constantly being challenged to be more innovative and creative. But many don’t know how.
That’s why I’ve brought together a team of specialists to create learning and leadership solutions that help people develop the mindset, behaviours and capabilities to lead innovation, shape the future and ignite this potential in others. Our tailored programs blend workshops, individual coaching, live projects, eLearning and webinars to deliver high impact learning experiences.
We believe that ingenuity lies within all of us. All it takes is a spark.
I love using prompt cards. They’re brilliant at disrupting your routine thinking and forcing you to think differently. That’s why I felt compelled to create brainsparker, which is now one of the top creativity apps for the iPhone and iPad. It’s really great to use when you’re facing a challenge and need a boost of inspiration to overcome blocks and brainstorm new ideas.
We’re developing a range of creativity guides and prompt packs ideal for managers, team leaders, coaches, writers, designers, artists and teachers.
In the face of challenge, who do you choose to be? The one who stalls and stagnates, or the one who flies free? This is the question I asked myself when facing a cancer scare. That’s when I decided it was time to fulfil my childhood dream of writing a book. “Gulp! : A 7 day crash course to master fear and break through any challenge,” is a practical, everyday guide to help you find the self-confidence and courage you need to step outside your comfort zone and turn your Gulp! moments into opportunities for success.
